This is an audio visual tech table set that I created to operate conference style meetings. It was created to run speaker presentations on both Windows and Macintosh computers, capture and record live video and run a live stream of the event. All 3 entities, In-room Meeting, Event recording, and Live Stream are set up to run as separate entities for maximum control.

This is complete online remote conference set up used during Covid 19 in 2020. The pandemic forced many of us into lockdown where we created new ways of delivering content to interested viewers. Many of these techniques found their way into our work flows and still exist today post Covid 19.
2019 Fetal Echo Cardiography
A Challenging meeting where we were tasked with running the meeting presentations, recording the meeting and live streaming. At this event we also displayed live patient scanning from company sponsored Ultrasound machines, 4 in all. This set was a little different than the others as we used to use an "Extron 1608" to capture and display the presentations and used an "ATEM TV Studio" to switch the show and live event, We also used "Live StreamStudio" the stream the event to online participants.
